Establishing PMO at AstraZeneca

In April 2020, AstraZeneca partnered with Oxford University to rapidly develop a COVID-19 vaccine. The project faced significant risks, regulatory complexities, and intense global scrutiny. Within a week, a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) was established to streamline operations, manage contracts, and mitigate risks. Adaptability was crucial as government contracts and manufacturing needs evolved. By July 2021, AstraZeneca had supplied 1 billion vaccine doses to 170 countries.

Township Project Construction by SLA Group

SLA Group is constructing a 10-story apartment complex in Pune using the Waterfall model. Learners will begin by defining the project scope, objectives, and success metrics, followed by creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), scheduling tasks, and estimating costs. Execution will focus on structured construction phases, progress tracking using Earned Value Management (EVM), and performance metrics.         PwC will not be involved in any kind of Placement Assistance/Career Support activities. Successful completion of PwC courses does not organically translate into employment opportunities at PwC.

        You will earn a prestigious certification from KPMG in India, validating your expertise and increasing your credibility in project management roles.

        Graduates can pursue roles such as Project Manager, Agile Project Manager, Program Manager, Risk Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and PMO Analyst, among others.

        The program lasts 4 months with 100 hours of online live classes. The total program fee is ₹ 99,000, with a registration fee of ₹10,000 and two instalments of ₹ 45,000 and ₹ 44,000 respectively.
