Imarticus Learning’s ACCA Study Notes
That Make Complex Concepts Easier to Learn and Recall
Master the concept. See how it works. Revise it quickly. Check what you know.
Easy ACCA Concept
Breakdown · Concept to Application
Exam-Focused
Core Concepts Explained
Understand Complex Concepts Faster
Complex ACCA syllabus topics are broken into smaller visual steps, so you understand the logic before moving into rules, calculations or application.
For example: See Revenue Recognition in Financial Reporting move from identifying a contract to recognising revenue, one step at a time.
Breaks dense ACCA topics into clear steps
Shows how one idea leads to the next
Builds the foundation before exam-level detail
Concept Clarity
Step-by-Step
Understand the Why
Core concepts explained illustration
Scenario-Based Learning
See the Concept in Action
Visual scenarios give technical concepts a setting, people, decisions, and outcomes, so you can see when the idea applies, not just what its definition says.
For example: Follow an Offer vs. Invitation to Treat situation in Corporate & Business Law and see exactly when a legally valid offer exists.
Turns ACCA theory into something you can picture
Connects the rule with a practical outcome
Makes application-based questions easier to recognise
Visual Scenarios
Theory to Practice
See It Happen
Scenario-based learning illustration
Key Definitions
Remember Key ACCA Terms More Easily
Important ACCA terms and definitions are pulled into view beside the topic, so essential terminology does not disappear inside paragraphs.
For example: Quickly distinguish Audit Risk, Inherent Risk and Control Risk while studying Audit & Assurance.
Keeps important ACCA terminology easy to find
Makes similar terms easier to separate
Gives you a quick reference during revision
Key ACCA Terms
Know the Difference

Mind Maps
See the entire ACCA topic on one page
Individual ideas are brought back together visually, helping you see relationships that are harder to spot when studying each part separately.
For example: Connect planning, materiality, audit risk, evidence and reporting within an Audit & Assurance topic map.
Shows how ACCA concepts connect
Gives you the bigger picture of the chapter
Makes full-topic revision easier to navigate
One-View Revision
Connected Concepts
Big Picture
Mind maps illustration
Key Exam Tips
Know What Matters Most in the Exam
Exam-focused callouts highlight distinctions, rules and common problem areas while you are learning, not after you have finished the chapter.
For example: When studying variance analysis in Performance Management, quickly spot which variance to calculate, what caused it and how to interpret the result.
Flags easy-to-confuse concepts
Keeps important ACCA exam points visible
Connects technical knowledge with question approach
ACCA Exam Focus
Watch-Out Points
Question Ready
Key exam tips illustration
Test Understanding
Put Your Learning Into Practice
Short questions and situations appear after the learning, so you can check whether the concept works when you have to make the decision yourself.
For example: Calculate an NPV in Financial Management, identify an audit risk, or decide whether a contract has a valid offer and acceptance.
Tests the concept while it is still fresh
Moves from reading to active application
Shows what needs another look before you continue

ACCA is a global certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). It is a globally recognized certification (applicable in 180+ countries) that allows you to work as an Accountant in any part of the world.

ACCA Course is divided into 3 levels :

Applied Knowledge Level (also known as ACCA Knowledge Level)

Besides completing 3 ACCA levels, one must also undertake a quick online self-learning course in Ethics from ACCA and complete a supervised internship of 3 years, referred to as the Practical Experience Requirement (PER) in ACCA.

On an average, students take 2-3 years to clear all the ACCA exams i.e. Knowledge, Applied Skills and Professional. The actual duration will depend on exemptions (if any) received.

The exams for the first 4 ACCA Papers are on demand and can be taken anytime during the year whereas for the next 9 papers, ACCA exams happen 4 times in a year. These 4 exam slots are - March, June, September & December every year. You can check the exact schedule for the ACCA exam here.

The Imarticus ACCA course includes a money-back guarantee designed to support students in clearing their ACCA exams. If a student is unable to pass certain ACCA papers, they may receive a proportionate refund for the exams not cleared, subject to the program’s terms and conditions.

The Money Back Guarantee terms and conditions are:

Min 80% attendance in ACCA live classes

Min 80% On-Demand Video Consumption

Min 80% ACCA Course Content and Books Consumption

Min 2 attempts for ACCA exams for the paper

Yes, the ACCA course is designed to offer flexibility, allowing students to appear for ACCA exams held quarterly throughout the year. Additionally, ACCA classes are conducted on weekends, making it convenient for working professionals and students to balance their studies while pursuing a global ACCA career.
