IIM Lucknow seeks participants with high intellectual rigor and intent to learn to complete the program. The program blends contemporary HR practices and strategic leadership modules to foster a comprehensive skill set crucial for organizational success. Candidates will only qualify for successful completion upon fulfilling the attendance and course evaluation criteria.

This Executive Management Program in People Leadership & Strategic HR Management program is a 10-month program which will be conducted online on weekends.

A special discount offer exists only for a minimum of five nominations. A discount of up to 10% on the program fee may be offered for bulk nominations of 5 participants or more from a single corporation. However, the discount's extent will be determined on a case-to-case basis.

The sessions will be 100% online. These online sessions will be conducted on the Zoom platform.

Classes will be scheduled over weekends, either Saturday / Sunday. The schedule is subject to change at the discretion of IIM Lucknow.

A total of 3 days of in-person campus immersion will be held at the end of the program.

Admission is on profile-based selection. Resumes will be reviewed by the Admissions team and IIM Lucknow Executive Education team.
