About The Institute

Executive Education, therefore, is an important thrust area for the Institute. With an array of programmes designed by a faculty body with a stellar record of research, teaching and industry engagement, the Executive Education programme at IIM Nagpur equips senior executives with the capabilities to perform effectively in their current roles and take up more significant challenges through various stages of their careers.

    This unique programme focuses on enabling tailored CXO transitions. It incorporates learning from industries across domains and crafts key learning outcomes to upskill and prepare you for the future.

      About the Programme

      The programme is spread over 12 months. It includes live online sessions conducted by faculty from IIM Nagpur and a 3-day campus immersion at IIM Nagpur.

        Various pedagogical tools will be used, including cases, lectures, discussions, presentations, audio-visuals, and experiential exercises. Preparation for the class requires intensive reading of course material. Participants should budget approximately 15 hours of reading time between sessions for effective learning. Informal group discussions among participants are recommended.

          IIM Nagpur shall carry out the examination and evaluation required for certification. The review may include one or more Online Assessments, Case Study Discussions, and Class Participation. The final decision on evaluation methods rests with the course faculty and may change without prior intimation. Participants are evaluated based on examinations for all the modules.

            Eligibility

            Participants should have at least 10 years of managerial experience after graduation.

              Per the programme's norms, a participant must maintain at least 80% attendance to become eligible to receive the certificate, failing which a participant won't be awarded. Participants are assessed for all the modules, and successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.

                Fees

                A special discount offer exists only for a minimum of five nominations. A discount of up to 10% on the programme fee may be offered for bulk nominations of 5 participants or more from a single corporation. However, the extent of the discount will be determined on a case-to-case basis.
