Candidates who are within 23 months from the graduation date can take the level 1 exam, which means even if you are in the first year of your graduation, you are eligible to join the CFA program. CFA Institute doesn't put any restriction on stream or percentage to join CFA program and hence one who is at least an undergraduate can join the CFA program.
