Fee Refund Policy
The table below provides details of ISFB refund policy:
The tentative notified last date of admissions for the upcoming academic calendar: 17th August 2026

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1. The application fee is non-refundable
- 2. The one-time admission fee is refundable until 17th September 2026 (less processing fee up to ₹5,000)
- 3. Fees shall be refunded to eligible students as per the table enclosed above, within forty-five days from the date of receiving a written application from them in this regard. Request for refunds should be made to the Office of Admissions at the following email isfb@imarticus.com
- 4. Refund in case of candidates who have been offered scholarships will be processed on the basis of net fee received by ISFB from the student.
- 5. No refund request shall be admissible in case the admission is cancelled/ withdrawn due to non-submission of mandatory documents by the prescribed last date or if the admission has been secured on the basis of fictitious information and/ or forged documents.
- 6. In the event that an offer of admission is withdrawn by ISFB, all such fees are fully refundable, unless the offer is being withdrawn on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the student.
- 7. Fees will be refunded to the eligible student within 20 days from the date of receiving an application in writing from him/her in this regard.
