And the team responsible for making that happen? HR. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But, don\u2019t confuse the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">role of HRM<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with just hiring and payroll. That\u2019s an old-school take. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is deeply tied to how well a company adapts to change.
